Island East Building LLC renovated my historical home in Brookhaven Township, completed in 2024. IEB redesigned and rebuilt the entire first and second floors, restored the home’s original exterior beauty and stabilized the foundation and basement for centuries to come.
Along with the outstanding carpenters and subcontractors who worked on the project, Joni K, the project manager, obtained the permits, expedited approval from the Historical District Advisory Committee to restore the exterior to its original beauty and obtain a certificate of occupancy in a timely and professional manner.
