You were instrumental in all phases of the design and building of our beautiful home in Southold. Every phase of the construction was handled with professionalism and the expert carpentry skills of you and your crew. I know that this is an unusual statement about a construction company, but everything ran smoothly & nothing went wrong.
I remember when construction was nearing the end you asked me for a “punch list”. I gave you a list of about one dozen minor items that I saw needed attention, you looked at my list and said “That’s not a punch list – here is mine” and you gave me your list of 20 to 30 things you wanted to correct. Most of the items on your list I had not even noticed.
You turned over the keys to our beautiful home in June, 1998 and to date we have never experienced even the smallest problem.
